Digital Image License
For Personal Use
- Grant of License: Alan grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the agreed-upon images.
- Permitted Uses (Personal/Non-Commercial):
- Printing images for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., in your home, scrapbooks, or gifts for friends/family).
- Using images as desktop backgrounds, screensavers, or personal social media profiles (provided the image is not altered).
- Educational projects or school assignments.
- Restrictions (What You Cannot Do):
- Please do not use the image for any commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes.
- Or sell, redistribute, or license the images to third parties.
- Contact me if you would like to use the images on products for sale (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters).
- And don’t enter the images into contests.
